Just before the IFA 2016, there are already several leaks of what Sony will unveil in that event. Namely, they're the Sony Xperia X Compact and the Xperia XR handsets.

The Sony Xperia X Compact is rumored to be a small handset with 4.6 inch screen. It's expected to load with the powerful Snapdragon 820 quad core chip, 4 GB RAM, and 2,700 mAh of battery capacity w/ USB Type C port.

On the other hand, the Sony Xperia XR is said to be a bigger handset with 5.2 inch screen. It might carry the same Snapdragon 820 quad core processor, 4 GB RAM, 23 M main camera w/ laser AF, and a 13 MP selfie camera.
For now, there's still very little info about those two upcoming phones by Sony. Let's wait for their official announcement in the IDA in Berlin this September 1, 2016.
